- 4+ years of data science, product analytics, or analytics engineering experience in an applied business setting
- Strong SQL and Python or R proficiency

- Experience designing and evaluating experiments and predictive models
- Building scalable data assets and metrics on modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake and dbt
- Data visualization expertise
- Product analytics and B2B SaaS metrics knowledge
- Ability to partner across Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success
- Translating business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Building reusable analytical systems for organizational leverage

## Nice to have

- Experience with modern AI-assisted analytics tools or LLM-powered workflows
- Familiarity with Snowflake Cortex or similar AI-powered analytics tools
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply AI responsibly
