## Required

- 10+ years experience across software development lifecycle with focus on platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE
- Proven ability to design and build scalable, reliable platform systems for production
- Backend experience with Java/Spring or similar
- Hands-on AWS, Kafka, and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Deep understanding of system design, observability, and production operations
- Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g. Terraform)
- Containerization and orchestration experience (e.g. Kubernetes, ECS)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Experience with modern deployment strategies (canary, blue-green)
- Knowledge of messaging systems
