## Required

- 10+ years trade compliance or customs experience in multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of export controls, sanctions, customs, and dangerous goods
- Experience designing or improving trade compliance frameworks across multiple regions
- Proven ability to lead and develop small expert teams
- Influence in matrix organizations without direct operational control
- Fluent English communication
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Logistics or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, lighting, industrial technology, or regulated product industries
- Exposure to EU, US, and major Asia trade regimes
- Experience with SAP, SAP GTS, S/4HANA or comparable tools
- Dashboard, analytics, automation or AI-enabled compliance experience
- Working knowledge of trade agreements and origin/valuation requirements
