## Summary

Unstructured is seeking experienced engineers to lead the design and evolution of their data transformation platform, building distributed systems that prepare unstructured data for LLM applications at enterprise scale. - Experience building high-performance data or AI/ML systems

## Nice to have

- Experience building or scaling LLM-powered or RAG systems in production

- Contributions to open-source projects in Python, Kubernetes, or distributed systems
