## Required

- 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations
- Deep project management experience with construction schedules, permitting and logistics
- Hands-on experience with lease and vendor contract negotiation
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, People, IT and Security teams
- Demonstrated experience taking at least one office from site selection through opening

## Nice to have

- International real estate, employment or compliance experience
- Ability to document processes, service standards and vendor performance metrics
