## Required

- 3+ years integration and test experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent education and experience
- Background testing and troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Experience writing and reviewing test documentation (plans, procedures, reports)
- Ability to write, debug, and execute Python or similar scripts
- Knowledge of bench power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and data acquisition systems
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- Experience testing safety-critical hardware and software
- Altium or similar schematic/PCB design software review and modification
- Environmental testing campaigns (thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC, vibration) and relevant standards
- Electrical test fixture or ground support equipment design
- Spacecraft or satellite integration and test campaign experience
- PCB assembly, harness fabrication, and inspection knowledge
- Self-directed work in startup environment
- 100K or ISO8 cleanroom experience
- IPC-A-610 or IPC-A-620 certification
