- Track record leading multi-quarter initiatives across teams with measurable impact

- Experience establishing shared component patterns and driving design system adoption
- Strong judgment on frontend architecture, state management, API integration, testing, performance, accessibility, security, and reliability
- Partnership with product and design to shape strategy and translate requirements
- Strong communication and cross-team alignment skills
- Experience with instrumentation, experimentation, and product metrics
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and raising technical standards

## Nice to have
