- Cross-functional operating skills working with Product, Engineering, DevRel, Legal, and Finance
- Strong analytical skills to drive strategic decisions with data
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities for executive-level engagement
- Bias for action and comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with MCP, plugins, connectors, or app/marketplace ecosystems
