## Summary

This role provides operational leadership for Cohere's marketing organization, ensuring that complex, concurrent campaigns and programs ship on time without dropping handoffs or burning out the team. You'll own planning cadence, budget and headcount, cross-functional dependencies, and leadership support—working with the VP of Brand to keep a fast-moving B2B marketing org coherent and accountable.

## Required

- 10+ years of operating experience in marketing, Chief of Staff, business operations, or senior program-operations roles
- Deep hands-on understanding of demand generation and account-based marketing in B2B
- Proficiency with marketing and pipeline metrics, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to bring structure to fast, complex organizations without slowing output
- Clear writing and ability to communicate directly with senior stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Chief of Staff or business operations experience at high-growth B2B software or AI company
- Marketing ops or RevOps background seeking an org-level operating role rather than systems focus
- Strategy or management consulting background followed by in-house operating role
