- Advanced degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent
- Experience developing models and algorithms in commercial environments with demonstrated business impact
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Expertise in multivariate statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud computing platforms
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables across stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Streamlit, or Tableau
- Experience with ML orchestration systems such as Kubeflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, or Airflow
- Proficiency with Spark
- Expertise in software engineering practices like unit testing and CI/CD
- Experience implementing and optimizing Large Language Models for business applications
