- 1 year of production experience as a machine technician or machine operator
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays
- Ability to follow safety, food safety, and production quality standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
- Ability to work on feet for over 9 straight hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 80 pounds for 20% of shift
- Ability to handle and move up to 750-pound bins on casters
- Works well as part of a team with flexibility and accountability
- Maintains positive attitude and contributes to collaborative work environment
