## Required

- 10+ years of creative experience
- 3+ years leading Creative Directors or Associate Creative Directors
- Portfolio demonstrating range across multiple brands and distinct voices
- Deep concepting ability; generates ideas, not only evaluates them
- Ownership of brand voice and design systems across channels
- Hands-on packaging and structural design experience including retail shelf strategy
- Experience in both brand and performance creative
- Ability to raise quality in high-velocity teams without adding process weight
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Background in beauty, personal care, or grooming categories
- Experience leading across both male- and female-skewed brands
- Agency and in-house experience
- Fluency with AI-enabled creative tools and critical perspective on their use
- Comfort with ambiguity and portfolios still in formation
