## Required

- 6+ years enterprise networking in hands-on engineering or operations
- Aruba and/or Cisco LAN, WAN, and wireless experience
- Understanding of dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and Layer 2 technologies
- Check Point firewall administration including policy and VPN
- AWS and/or Azure networking knowledge (VPCs/VNets, routing, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, VPN)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language for network automation
- Experience leading incident response and root cause analysis
- Strong documentation and ITIL-aligned change management familiarity

## Nice to have

- Aruba ClearPass NAC experience
- Terraform and Git in enterprise environment (working proficiency within 6–12 months acceptable)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Industry certifications (CCNP, Aruba Certified Professional, AWS/Azure networking associate/professional)
