## Required

- Lift and carry 35-50 lbs frequently, up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Use basic math accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training
- Speak, read, and understand English with sufficient proficiency for safety and policies

## Nice to have

- Flexibility with open availability for shift assignment
- Experience with powered equipment (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift) for Warehouse Worker role
