- 5+ years designing mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful and usable mobile experiences
- Knowledge of iOS and Android platform design patterns
- Experience designing for North America, Europe, and Asia
- Experience with international privacy laws and regulations
- Experience designing commerce/checkout experiences
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
- Ability to frame and explain design decisions to stakeholders
- Proficiency with Figma and prototyping

## Nice to have

- Experience with storytelling, user-generated content, search and discovery, video, and payments features
- Formal and informal user research experience
- Understanding of Creator and Backer community dynamics
