- 8+ years in quality engineering, supplier quality management, or supplier development in aerospace, defense, or high-tech

- Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective action processes
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and ITAR regulations
- Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to travel domestically 30-70% for supplier visits
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status

## Nice to have

- Aerospace or defense industry experience
- Master's degree in engineering or Quality Management
- Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP)
- Lean Six Sigma expertise
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proven supplier development track record
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
