## Required

- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical/motor focus, or graduation from an industrial maintenance program or related discipline
- Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in wet, humid, cold, and hot environments including refrigerated areas at 40 degrees
- Ability to stand or walk on hard floors for 8–12 hour shifts

## Nice to have

- Ability to fabricate and weld various types of metals
- PLC and servo motor experience
- Lean continuous improvement experience
