## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of project leadership experience
- 5+ years in software development, implementation, or integration projects
- Proficient understanding of software implementation life cycle
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing complex customer relationships and large clinical projects with 8+ team members
- Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in team environment while remaining self-directed and proactive
- Strong analytical and qualitative reasoning skills
- Significant Microsoft Office experience
- ERP/MMIS experience required
- Healthcare Information Technology or operational leadership experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Travel up to 25% as needed
