- Experience managing people and financials
- High level of professionalism and ability to lead teams and consulting engagements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level healthcare clients
- Ability to work collaboratively on business development
- Ability to multitask and manage construction projects
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows applications

## Nice to have

- Master's degree or MBA
- E-Builder experience
