- 3+ years running events or field programs for sales or business development teams
- direct end-to-end ownership of a conference or trade show including contracts and budget accountability
- ability to follow up on action items and get answers from stakeholders
- comfort working remotely with distributed teams
- strong written communication skills
- familiarity with AI tools and their application to work

## Nice to have

- background in performance marketing, affiliate, adtech, fintech, or digital media
- hands-on experience with travel and expense platforms such as Ramp, Brex, Navan, TripActions, Cvent, or Concur
- experience selecting or rolling out event management platforms
- existing relationships with conference organizers in the industry
