## Required

- Ability to work multiple software systems
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and circuitry or mechanical characteristics

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of raw materials and production processes
- Familiarity with electronics, circuit boards, and computer hardware
- Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing optimization techniques
