## Summary

NVIDIA's Silicon Codesign Group seeks an engineer to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of new chip bringup efforts, coordinating across multiple teams from pre-silicon through production. ## Required

- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years leading complex multi-site technical programs in semiconductor, SoC, or system/platform development
- Experience influencing decisions and leading multi-functional teams in fast-paced technical environments
- Background in silicon or system bringup
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with first-silicon bringup or post-silicon validation
- Experience driving NPI to HVM transitions including readiness criteria and sign-off processes
- Familiarity with lab operations, validation infrastructure, and hardware bringup tools
