- Stakeholder management across senior leaders and operating teams with ability to align around shared plans
- Excellent written communication including strategy docs, program plans, and executive updates
- Comfort working in global organizations with strong central strategy and regional adaptation
- Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to ambiguous work
- Business judgment and curiosity about customer adoption, retention, and expansion drivers
