## Required

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
- 7 years of relevant experience in clinical or scientific environment with international exposure
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of regulated clinical trial environment
- In-depth knowledge of drug development process
- Proficiency with systems and technology
- Regulatory and/or technical writing skills
- Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
- Leadership ability to mentor and coach others
- Financial management understanding for studies
