- Portfolio of documentation, tutorials, or product education across at least two formats including written content
- Strong writing ability for clear, engaging explanations of complex topics
- Storytelling ability across written, video, and interactive media

- Rapid product learning and accurate technical representation
- Data-driven approach to measuring content effectiveness

## Nice to have

- Experience with developer or product documentation platforms and docs-as-code workflows
