## Required

- 4+ years professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend expertise in TypeScript/Node, Python, Go, or similar language
- SQL proficiency and data warehouse experience
- Event instrumentation knowledge
- Hands-on experience with attribution, marketing technology, deep linking, payment webhooks, or event pipelines
- Track record working with non-engineering partners to ship systems

## Nice to have

- Built growth or martech infrastructure at consumer or PLG company
- Built agents that act on business data with controls
- Experience with Statsig or Iterable
- Familiarity with privacy and consent handling in marketing pipelines
- Mobile attribution experience with OneLink, Universal Links, App Links, or SKAN
- Experience with payment system attribution through Stripe or Razorpay
- Regular use of AI agents in planning, implementation, testing, or code review
