## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in energy project, transmission, construction or engineering development
- Team management experience
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel 25-50%
- Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree in business or engineering
- Experience with site characterization and preliminary engineering for renewable projects
- Successful renewable project development in the Eastern US
