## Required

- Hands-on expertise in Java development with a focus on clean, production-grade code
- Enterprise application development using Spring Boot and microservices architecture

- Technical leadership experience influencing design, delivery, and architecture

- Strong communication skills explaining complex technical issues to varied audiences
- Ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams while balancing hands-on work and technical leadership

- Public cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Kubernetes ecosystem tools such as Helm, ingress controllers, service mesh, and secrets management
