You'll design intelligent enablement systems, embed AI across the sales lifecycle, and guide organizational change as go-to-market functions evolve alongside AI capabilities.

## Required

- 15+ years overall experience, 5+ years leading enablement teams at a technology company
- Track record building or evolving enablement, GTM operations, or revenue systems in high-velocity SaaS or AI-native environments
- Mastery of complex revenue workflows, high-velocity product launch cycles, and precision sales productivity systems
- Hands-on experience operationalizing AI-powered tools and workflows across the revenue lifecycle
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, PMM, Sales, and RevOps
- Ability to combine systems thinking with fast execution
- Experience leading complex organizational change
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

## Nice to have

- Background from GTM strategy and operations, commercialization, product operations, AI workflow design, or product-led GTM
- Comfort thinking in systems and adapting quickly
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build without established playbooks
- Conviction that AI will reshape how revenue organizations operate
