## Required

- 12+ years of enterprise partnerships, alliances, or business development experience with meaningful partner ecosystem involvement
- Proven track record building and scaling systems integrator, consultancy, or channel partnerships
- Experience building a co-sell or channel motion from the ground up including commercial mechanics
- Deep understanding of cloud and partner field organization operations and seller incentives
- Track record of carrying and hitting partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue targets with credible forecasting
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Excellence in strategic planning, business operations, and program management
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and concentrate effort
- Experience translating complex technical capabilities into business value
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

## Nice to have

- Previous experience working with AWS or another hyperscaler partner organization
- Working knowledge of systems integrator operating models including practice structures and delivery economics
- Background in AI/ML technologies or developer-focused platforms and their partner ecosystems
- Experience scaling partner programs moving from early traction to significant partner-driven revenue
- Management consulting background earlier in your career
