- 5+ years professional backend engineering experience
- Strong focus on backend development and architecture using TypeScript and Node.js

- Mature approach to automated testing, monitoring, and observability
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms like Redis
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Clean, maintainable code and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

## Nice to have

- Background supporting legacy PHP migrations
- AWS cloud infrastructure familiarity
