## Required

- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 3–5+ years leading Support Engineering, Customer Engineering, Developer Support, SRE, or related technical teams
- Technical background supporting cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, Kubernetes, AI/ML platforms, or developer infrastructure
- Demonstrated success improving technical customer organizations through operational improvements and technical leadership
- Cross-functional partnership experience with Product and Engineering to communicate customer needs and influence product improvements
- Understanding of operational metrics and data-driven approaches to improve customer and team performance
- Exceptional communication skills with customers, executives, product managers, and engineers
- Experience leading teams through complex customer escalations and technical problem-solving
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, pragmatism, and bias for execution

## Nice to have

- Experience leading Support Engineering, Customer Engineering, Developer Experience, or SRE teams
- Experience contributing software, tooling, automation, or diagnostics in customer-facing engineering roles
- Familiarity with Ray or other distributed computing frameworks
- Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or modern cloud platforms
- Work experience at a Series C or D startup
- Experience working with open-source communities or partnering with engineering teams to improve products based on customer feedback
