## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- 3 to 5 years manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification from accredited body
- Root cause analysis experience
- Statistical analysis skills for production optimization
- Electro-mechanical manufacturing knowledge
- Minitab experience
