- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- 12+ years of procurement or sourcing experience in chemicals, biochemicals, or biologics
- 5+ years managing biochemical reagent categories such as antibodies, antigens, enzymes, or beads
- Working knowledge of biological reagents in immunoassays and their impact on product performance and manufacturing
- Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing events like RFI/RFP
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience sourcing FDA-regulated products
- Operating experience in a technical role supporting sourcing
- Global sourcing experience within life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Experience with high-purity biochemicals or specialty chemicals
- Existing senior executive relationships with supplier representatives
- Experience managing procurement in regulated chemical environments including REACH, TSCA, or PFAS compliance
- Background working across large organizations on spend pooling and joint negotiations
