## Required

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience or equivalent training
- Authorization to work in the US
- Valid unexpired driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Read, write, and speak English
- Pass criminal background check

- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of general office equipment
