## Required

- 6–8+ years of product development in beauty, fragrance, or skincare with multiple end-to-end launches
- Working knowledge of cosmetic regulations, IFRA standards, and claims substantiation
- Hands-on experience developing skincare and body care formulations, stability, and testing
- Strong existing relationships with labs and contract manufacturers
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- Well-rounded product development experience across fragrance, skincare, and body care
- Experience working directly with fragrance houses and evaluating fragrance across multiple formats
- Color cosmetics experience
- Clean or prestige beauty, indie, or high-growth brand background
- Experience building product development processes at a scaling company
