## Required

- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service
- Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership
- Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- Ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Availability to work at least 16 hours per week with specific peak and non-peak day scheduling
- Must wear Rothy's shoes during every shift
- 18 years of age or older
