## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
- 7+ years SAP technical administration experience
- 4+ years customer-facing role experience
- SAP Basis, operating system, database and network knowledge
- Unix/Linux working knowledge
- SAP HANA and Sybase database working knowledge
- Advanced/fluent English written and spoken

## Nice to have

- SAP certification
- Hyperscaler certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with SAP cloud solutions integration (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors)
- Technical Architecture, Implementation, or Change Management experience
- Project delivery and team lead experience
