- 3+ years indirect or direct sourcing and procurement experience in global manufacturing
- 3+ years category management experience with facility and equipment services and facility CAPEX projects
- 3+ years contracting experience including drafting, redlining, and vendor negotiation
- 3+ years data analytics experience in supply chain capacity such as spend analysis
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- SAP 4HANA or similar ERP system experience in supply chain role
- Supply chain transformation initiative experience
- Change management experience with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
