- 3+ years preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season for compensation
- 3+ seasons preparing personal tax returns with minimum 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting for compensation
- General knowledge of bookkeeping
- Ability to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
- Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail location minimum 20 hours per week, Sunday through Saturday
- Willingness to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment
- Reside within the United States

## Nice to have

- 3+ years of business tax return preparation experience
- Year-round tax preparation guidance experience for small businesses
- Bookkeeping experience with books-to-tax preparation
- Willingness to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
- Interest in building local and online social presence and creating tax-related content
