## Required

- 7–10+ years professional experience with increasing responsibility in program management, team leadership, or platform-building
- Experience leading teams and managing complex projects
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience developing and managing high-performing junior investment professionals
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree

## Nice to have

- Experience within private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting
- Exposure to investment teams and/or talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives
