## Required

- 5–8+ years in sales planning, revenue/sales operations, FP&A, or business analytics at a SaaS or technology company
- Experience building bottoms-up forecasting models and owning a revenue point of view
- Hands-on quota and capacity planning that translates targets into seller-level goals
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and proficiency with a planning platform like Anaplan
- Agentic AI fluency and experience with state-of-the-art AI tool stacks for go-to-market use cases
- Strong command of B2B SaaS metrics including pipeline, conversion, productivity, and ARR
- Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
- Clear communication ability to turn forecasts and models into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field

## Nice to have

- Experience standing up or running a sales rhythm of business (WBR/QBR)
- Familiarity with Anaplan hierarchy management and forecasting tools such as Gong
- Track record of automating recurring reporting to reduce manual effort
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Advanced or the SMB/Emerging Mid-Market segment
- Prior partnership with Finance on forecasting and quota setting
- GitHub repositories demonstrating AI GTM fluency
