## Required

- Semiconductor engineering management experience within the last 2 years
- 6+ years leading technical taskforces and resolving complex technical issues
- 8+ years of management experience
- Detailed understanding of process control systems and methodologies
- BS degree in engineering or related discipline, or demonstrated increasing levels of technical management responsibility

## Nice to have

- Technology Development and ramp experience with Advanced Packaging solutions
- Semiconductor process development experience
- High-performing team culture experience with setting expectations and driving performance
- Technical leadership with creative problem-solving and out-of-box thinking
