## Required

- Minimum 4 years retail management experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work minimum 40 hours per week with daily open availability across 7 days
- Sales performance monitoring and achievement of store goals
- Customer experience leadership and brand ambassador presence
- Team scheduling and payroll management
- Inventory accuracy and loss prevention oversight
- Operational execution and facility maintenance
- Hiring, training and development of retail staff

## Nice to have

- Experience in sales or operationally intensive business
