## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 12+ years of software engineering, software architecture, or enterprise architecture experience with distributed, high-scale platforms
- 10+ years of people leadership managing senior architects or principal engineers
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Engineering leadership on architecture strategy for complex portfolios
- Knowledge of modern cloud-native architecture including microservices, Kubernetes, APIs, event-driven systems, and security-by-design
- Ability to lead architectural direction for data-intensive and transaction-oriented systems with high performance and availability requirements
- Experience establishing architecture governance, decision frameworks, and standards across multiple teams
- Understanding of security, privacy, identity, integration, and data architecture patterns for large-scale systems
- Ability to evaluate build/buy/customize/deprecate tradeoffs and communicate technical decisions to executives and engineering audiences
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational influencing skills

## Nice to have

- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, media technology, or digital advertising ecosystems including ad serving, programmatic supply and demand, identity, or measurement
- Experience with premium video, CTV, SSAI, live event monetization, or marketplace platforms
- Experience supporting global product organizations with multiple engineering teams and complex stakeholder environments
- Hands-on familiarity with architecture patterns for generative AI, RAG, workflow orchestration, and agentic AI governance
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into modular, platform-oriented, API-first, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with FinOps and cost-aware architecture practices
