## Required

- Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
- Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
- Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season
- Familiarity with Circular 230
- Minimum 20 hours per week onsite at retail location
- Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
- Willing to work in front-facing retail environment
- Reside within the United States

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English/Spanish communication
- Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
- Interest in building local and online social presence as TurboTax Expert
