## Required

- Deep expertise in succession planning, potential assessment, career architecture, skills-based talent practices, and bias mitigation
- Strategic talent leader who connects talent strategy to business outcomes while executing operationally
- Advanced data literacy and ability to build executive narratives from talent analytics
- Proficiency with AI tools and informed perspective on AI's role in talent management
- Product mindset with design and systems thinking applied to talent programs
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management with HR and business executives
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience with talent intelligence platforms, internal marketplaces, or succession software
