## Required

- 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or platform product management
- Deep knowledge of A/B testing concepts and statistical foundations (significance, power, confidence intervals, multiple comparisons, sequential testing)
- Experience owning complex products or platforms with multiple collaborators and technical dependencies
- Strong roadmap definition, prioritization, and cross-functional execution skills
- Ability to work with engineers and data practitioners on technically complex topics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences
- High ownership, sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience reading and writing SQL

## Nice to have

- Hands-on familiarity with power and sample-size planning, confidence intervals, multiple testing and false discovery correction, sequential or group-sequential analysis
