## Required

- 8+ years managing financial crime, AML operations, transaction monitoring, investigations, or fraud/risk operations
- Experience leading teams in fintech, payments, banking, marketplace, or regulated financial services
- Understanding of AML, financial crime typologies, transaction monitoring, and customer risk assessment
- Experience managing transaction monitoring and/or investigations teams
- Operational leadership skills including workflow design, quality management, and metrics
- Ability to partner with compliance while maintaining first-line execution ownership
- Experience working with product, data, and engineering teams on risk controls
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to translate risk patterns into operational actions
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Experience with case management systems, transaction monitoring tools, KYC/KYB vendors, device intelligence tools, or adverse media platforms
- CAMS, CFE, or equivalent financial crime credential
- Deep experience in crowdfunding, payments, or money movement contexts
