## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in print and mail, billing systems, or billing/customer care software implementation, consulting, or support
- Technical background with understanding of BSS system integration
- Ability to discuss operational workflows and map technical solutions to business requirements
- Experience in consultative solution selling pre-sales role
- Public speaking capability
- Cloud-based architecture experience
- Written and verbal presentation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Relationship building at all organizational levels including executives

## Nice to have

- Web services/API specifications experience
